The process of AYT L1 350H yoga teacher training program
Important reminder: Complete your AYT L1 yoga teacher training program under those who’re already registered with India Yoga United as approved yoga schools ( AYS ) or approved yoga genius teachers
( AYG L3 ) valid certification and ID card holders.
The AYT L1 teacher training program spans a total of 350 hours, offering a comprehensive learning experience through a combination of online and offline sessions. The online component involves 150 hours are dedicated to interactive online live broadcast classes, providing interactive learning opportunities.
On the other hand, the offline portion is essential, requiring 200 hours of in-person attendance to ensuring a thorough understanding a well rounded learning experience.
Upon successful completion of the AYT L1 teacher training program, you will be awarded a certification recognizing your achievement from your school or AYG L3 teacher. Following this you need to officially register your AYT L1 details and certification on the India Yoga United website. This pivotal step grants you access to your personalized Level One ID. The team will then cross-reference your details and certification with your respective school or AYG L3 teacher, a process conducted through email communication. Once this verification is complete, you’ll be officially get recognized and reward with an a unique of AYT L1 ID by the India Yoga United.
Upon receiving this ID, your teaching journey officially commences. You can start accumulating teaching hours, with the first milestone set at 150 hours. Alternatively, after waiting for a period of 60 days or more, you will become eligible to professional AYM L2 Yoga teacher training program.
It’s emphasized that continuous practice and teaching of the skills acquired in Level 1 are crucial for gaining practical experience and a deeper understanding of the techniques and concepts that will be covered in AYM Level 2.
While it’s highly recommended to pursue all three levels of yoga teacher training program with a same school or teacher to maintain consistency and coherence in your learning, you retain the freedom to select different mentors for AYT L1,AYM L2 and AYG L3 should you prefer a diverse educational experience.
